SHOPPING LISTS             All of the ingredients for every meal in the 5-Week Example Menu are included in the following shopping lists. There is an individual shopping list for each week and also a compilation of all five weeks. The Five Week Food Storage Menu Shopping List can be multiplied by 2 for a 2 ½ month storage, 5 for a 6 month storage or 10 for a one year storage. At the bottom of each individual week’s shopping list is the amount of Tortilla recipes that need to be made and the amount of Bread recipes that need to be baked for the week. This is also a simple plan to follow when creating your own personalized menu with the blank shopping lists provided.
